You look really lean...how much more cut do you want to get? Pack on some lean muscle mass, and you'll be there bro. Welcome aboard!!

LittleMan,

You said "i try everything i know to gasin some lean muscle mass its very hard for me" Are you eating enough food to gain mass?

I used to try hard to diet AND gain mass at the same time; I worked out hard and eat vary sparingly; I gained some lean muscle, but not much.

Basically, what I have discovered is that you have to either bulk or cut; pick one and do it full steam.

Have you tried to eat more during a bulking phase? I don't mean eat sloppy; but choose a good menu of healthy food that has a lot of protien and at least 4000 Kcal per day?

Ganimal--way to make friends! Only your second post and you are already proving yourself an asshole. Maybe this ain't the board for you to hang at; we appreaciate people who have something intelligent to say.

Keep up the good work Littleman. I think you got a fine, ripped base--things will only get better!

(Shit, I'd kill to be ripped like you are now!)

look great...only thing i could see that could use some work are your Bi's and Tri's...they need to be atleast somewhat proportional to your delt size...can't have massive delts and no arms

looking great though!
