I just won an auction on ebay for some b-6. Only thing is that it says b-6 is to help with PMT. Would sum1 please explain to me what that means.

By the way I only paid like £1.00 for 100mg tablets so either way i think it is a good deal

PMT is what women get when on there period. It has nothing to do with PCT. Your ment to take B6 with deca to help with prolactine level's if i'am not mistaken.

That's the right stuff bro. I would alway's take vit B6 if your runing deca or fina it keep's the prolactin level's down. Take 200mg a day.
