View Full Version : Please Critique my supplement plan.

Hi everyone this is one of my first post's and was wondering
if everyone could help me by critiquing my supplements. I haven't
bought them yet but this is kind'a how I was going to lay them out.
I think I've done my homework but now I need a grade. And if I’m totally
wrong just give me some advice.

My Stats:
34 yrs old
178lbs
around 17%-18%BF (I'm guessing a little here)
About 5'10"
I usually workout during my lunch break and then do some cardio at night.
I've been working out regular for about 4 years. Although I do some traveling so some
weeks I don’t get to train very hard. My main goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs hopefully with most of it muscle.



Morning:
Whey Protein Shake
Multi-vitamin

Preworkout:
Whey Protein Shake
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (2g)


Postworkout:
Whey Protein Shake
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (2g)
Glutamine (5g)

Evening:
Multi-vitamin
Whey

You need carbs PWO.

Morning:

Add some egg white protein and some micellar casein protein

Preworkout:
Whey Protein Shake
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (2g)
Add maltodextrin(2 times the weight of protein)

Postworkout:
Whey Protein Shake
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (2g)
Glutamine (5g)
Add dextrose(2 times the weight of protein)

Evening:
Multi-vitamin
Whey
Add Milk protein isolate and micellar casein protein.

Thanks for both of your inputs. I'm assuming since I didn't get flamed that this isn't a bad starting point. My supplements came in this week and I'm excited to see how they make a difference. Thanks again.

BTW, you don't need to add extra glutamine PWO. You should be getting about 5 grams from your whey protein PWO.
