Pheedno's PCT: Why Arimidex over Letro?

Most everyone recommends strict adherence to Pheedno's PCT protocol, which is Clomid 100mg, Nolva 20mg and Arimidex .25mg. Far be it for me to challenge the conventional wisdom, but I would be interested to know why Letro is not a decent, or perhaps even better, substitute for Arimidex. They are both AI's and Letro is supposed to be stronger. Is it just too strong? I've been searching the site but can't seem to find an answer. Anyone know?

Yep, you're right about letro over arimidex. It is an upgrade of arimidex and suggestably to strong so the article you mentioned suggests arimidex over letro.

Good inquiry though. I'd ask the same question if I didn't know.

i prefer aromasin, letrozole kills you sex drive and is bad for cholestrol..

i have never run letro, but i have had success with l dex with keeping the bloat down and preventing gyno, from, what i have read, letro is a stronger AI, but i like l dex, i run it .25 mgs ed, and it never killed my sex drive, kept the bloat down, and i had an easy recovery, letro is definetly stronger, but i would only run letro on big cycles, i also never got gyno, and kept almost all my gains

i have heard that AI's kill your libido, but i didnt have that problem, at least with l dex

I can tell you from experience, letro KILLED my sex drive. Only at the time I had no idea what was going on. I was on 1G/wk test and 750mg/wk deca started with dbol and ended with winny......now a year later I am hearing more about this. I plan to run letro again but keep the dose a little lower. Until I can get my hands on some aromasin. Got a little preexisting gyno so need to plan around that.

Another reason is that Letro must be carefully tapered, or coming off of it will result in Esrtogen rebound. Man titties = not attractive.
