Just started training after more than 2 years out of the gym because of an injury. Wish me luck! By the way, I know I didn't look impressive before, but I would kill to look like that again!

Stay focused and have some fun training, but don't overdue it right away, keep yourself hungry for more and increase a little at a time and you will be there before you know it. Time goes by quick. Good Luck !!

give it a little time - get cranking in the gym and on the diet and you will be back there in no time - even if you are a french canadian I still wish you well :D

HAHAHA! yes we do, it's victoire! My tits are a good B right now. No I was not drunk, I don't drink or do drugs. Yes I was natural at the time eventhough I did like 2 shorts cycles of finasol/winny that brought me from 200 to 220. Like I said, I'm not ambitious.

Thanks everybody you are very cool. Yes, I will train and eat well, and I am positive I will get back a decent shape, eventhough my knees are still hurting.
