Pct Advice

I finished my cycle of deca and test 9/12 weeks a while ago and now its time for PCT. I will take 100 mg clomid 20mg Tamoxifen and .25 Arimidex. for 30 days.
1) does this look like a decent PCT?
2) Do I have to devide up the doses or can I take them all at once?
3) Theres also another way eg. day1 300mg
2-11 100mg
11-31 50mg

depending on the test, pct should have started a long time ago, i dont know why you waited almost a year to start pct, for pct, imo, i would go with 100 mgs clomid, 20 mgs nolva, 6 g's of trib, and then .25 mgs of l dex for 7 days after pct is over

I've always done the 300/100/50 way. Either should work fine.
