IF all what the can says is in it, then yea, its def good..BUT

some say u just sh*t half it out and its mostly wax... I dk, but when i used them i felt great, everyday, all day, never got sick...and i was swallowin 11 pills in one shot!@

pure hype...its just vitamins mainly anyway. It wont help you gain appreciable muscle.
