would you guys take something like taraxatone before spring break??? there will obsiously be drinking going on that week and also after i get back from spring break i will be jumping right back into diet for competititon in june.

You could. Dont take it while you are there though. Alcohol is a bad enough diuretic.

alcohol is not a diurectic actually the exact opposite. It bloats your body while dehydrating you.

I know myself after a night of drinking the next morning I am ripped. Please explain your logic.

yes it does cause dehydration, but it is NOT a diurectic. I can't remember the explanation, but I have a drugs and behavior class and my professor just talked about. Something it does to the tissue. Diuretics would be good if u wanna look leaner on spring break ie. dandelion root, b6, or you can buy diurectics spec. for that purpose.

1 day is a safe bet, make sure you cylce in water when you drink between drinks.
