****, she looks great. The only critique I could say is maybe work a little more on the conditioning in her thighs and glutes, just a tad, other than that she looks perfect.

amazing upper body!! the only recommendation i would think of it to agree and work the quads/glutes a bit more......other than that shes a spectacular specimen for many many awards to come....Good luck to her and those nice pair of D's shes rockin!!!

those are pics of me....and i agree my legs over the past week have disappeared,i am looking for them at this very moment!could it be the nolva or the lack of carbs? today is the last day to train legs before show and i plan to rep them out but should i go as planned and start carb loading tomorrow or start taking in carbs following the workout? suggestions would be appreciated

Overall you look good.
I'd echo the legs comment for sure, as your "chest" over-powers the lower body so much that one will have the focus drawn there instead of evenly. (Judges)

yeah i know the chest does over power i am hoping that my posing suits will assist in disguising my breast a little better...i am a DD but since my skin tissue is so much thinner you can really make out the boobs, the suit in pictures was my suit before the implants...so it is a little small-and my legs suck! being the last day of training i took in some oats this morning and i am going to have some oats after training legs this afternoon, do you think i should stop the nolvadex?

my legs disappeared yesterday i just don't know what happened i am training legs today and i am going to bring moderate carbs back in today to pull through a good pump. :unsure:

Could be that you are a bit depleted, yes. That can be cured before Saturday.
You are going to slowly carb up a bit these last two days, no sodium, and limit water, right? I have no idea what your diet/approach is, so I am only throwing out what I'd do right now, you may already be doing this.
But Saturday you should be okay, because in addition, when you pose you will have been walking a bit on to the stage, warm up in the back, etc., so you will/should have a natural pump in the legs just a bit. Especially coupled with the tricks of getting vascular, eating a high GI carb before the stage, etc. So, when you do pose, I'd focus on my base that is my legs, and "set" those. I know you are doing figure so you aren't going to want to squeeze the legs/quads like there is no tomorrow, however you will want to give them just a minor "flex". With the tan/oil/lights/(2 carb days to come, final prep, etc), this should give your legs that "bigger" look that would complete you, and you can still look "sexy", as that is what figure is for. It creates depth, striations, shadows, etc. Like I said earlier, you may already know all of this, so if it's repetitive, my bad! :)
As far as the Nolva, I don't know much about that and pre-contest as it's not something I use or have others use.

i went ahead and ate some oats this morning today being the last day in the gym before show i am going to hit legs...and i will eat some oats after training, as for the rest of the day i will be eating only chicken,eggs,fish and veggies- i am not going to be taking in many fats and as for sat. morning i am lost as to what i should be eating any suggestions?? i was told to eat pineapple chunks before going on stage and eat ricecakes/peanut butter and for sodium i should by some potato chips...i could use the feedback

LOL It's a personal preference. I'd like to have a chest .. when my bodyfat is low....but Im TERRIFIED of doctors/needles and scaples. So...it won't happen.

if i could do it all over again i would have not done it honestly-my breast are huge but they do lay naturally when my bodyfat is a little higher

NO NO NO.......all leg training should have stopped at LEAST a week ago, if not TWO weeks away from the show.
That is the BEST/only way to really show off the leg muscles. (You don't want blood pooled there at all)

What water??? :) You look awesome !!!!!!! I agree on not training your legs last two weeks......just practice your posing :) Relax . Diet :( Nolvadex shouldnt be having any effect on that , IMO.
With your wide shoulders, tapering down to your small waist, you will look fantastic. With some water depletion, you should see more seperation in your quad area .
Side note : Your boobs look great!! Dieted down always makes them "stand" out more---but you will look gorgeous in the end, I'm sure ;)

thanks ann....i think that i could stand to shed a little water- i am begining to carb load tonight moderatly and i have been bringing my sodium down tomorrow night i will begin to bring it up...i think that i am going to sit in the sauna tomorrow and Fri that along with tanning and not having any more water after 6pm Fri should do the trick-I hope
