I know I dont have any leg pics shame on me but be honest what needs work, I know Im small but I just want some more opinions

Well good on you for having the courage to post your pics. I hope you arnt juicing yet because you dont really have the base to start. The best advice you will get is to eat. Check out the diet forum and the Educational threads and have a look at the Bulking Diets. You will be amazed and what you can do naturally. Good luck bro !!!

my guess from what i see in the pics is about 10%, however bf% is the LAST thing i would be concerned with...you need to :eat: !! Train hard, eat, sleep, and eat! Good luck bro...

Ive been working out for about 3 years the last year ive been working out very seriously, diet has probably been what is holding me back tho, I dont think im eating enough. My goal is 220 in the next 2 years but i dunno if its possible

40 pounds in 100 weeks? Sorry bro, not likely, but possible. Of course you would have to CONSISTENTLY eat, train and sleep, 24/7/365.

i went from 143 to 238 in 5 years...anything is possible. BTW, that is me in my avatar. i'm living proof. good luck

about the gyno is there anything that can be done about that becasue I wanna do a cycle in a few years but i dont wanna have huge man titties after im done.

anyway eat everything u see in sight if u get full and cant eat anymore drink it yes i said drink it eat lots of protin and fats even if that means u bring food in with u at the gym if u want to get big eat big and in your workouts work what ever body part till its burning and ready to fall off just my 2 cents
