jantzen...50 mgs winstrol each day and 200 mgs equipoise each week. its a pretty low dosage. i see guys in the gym on triple the amount and they don't look good at all

the five year mass plan..yes, i think it's the first five years of training that almost all of the gains are made. i've still got 3 years left, but obviously it has to take a 12 week break so i can do my show.

Ya Man- the cardio and diet change each week as i get closer. right now I am on zero carb, zero fat, zero dairy, zero red meat. Getting in 9-11 meals a day, with about 50-60 g protein each meal. only eating chicken breast, tuna fish and pork tenderloins, green vegetables as well. 2.5 hours of cardio everyday. it's not a fun life to live. i'm a walking zombie right now.

Not sure what the guys done wrong in the past but he looks great! just because he isn't doing things the way "certain people" would why flame him that Swole is gonna, well f*$k knows what hes gonna do, but give him some props, he looks real good, the back detail is tremendous. Like i said b4, not sure if hes flamed or done someone wrong but arn't we meant to be critiquing his physique?

In addition to that link, there are a plethora of other issues that have taken place with this kid that you are not aware of, including him bad-mouthing this location and saying "F*ck A.R." in a picture as well. You are right in that we are to critique, but once you are on the A.R. sh*t list for being an immature dickhead, it's literally impossible to be removed from that list.

That is not tolerated here.

If he is doing the NPC New York Metropolitan it's a nontested show. The most I can do is stand up laugh and point when he's on stage. By the way, the guest posers are Chris Cook and Capriese Murray. I haven't seen Capriese since before nationals last year so it'll be cool to see what he looks like now.

Gotcha, for some reason i was under the impression that all NPC events were polygraphed. At least he's not doing a natural event. I've always been a fan of capriese's physique. Reminds me a lot of melvin anthony.

If he cant respect some ones opinion and take a little critisism what the hell is he on this site for in the 1st place,{ as Dude-man said,he has a lot of nerve }Its blokes like A-deltoid {what ever the hell his name is , or is it Alf }who give our sport a bad name, there is enough media problems and general public miss conseption in regards to our sport to contend with than have" one of our own" on top of it making things difficult due to his bad attitude to contend with.
