First time posting pictures... I decided I would post these pics. that I have just recently taken. Tell you a little bit about myself.. I do olympic style weightlifting competitively but have decided to take some time off due to joint pain, I have been doing what I consider pretty hardcore bodybuilding routines for the last few months now...Comments and criticism wanted. More pictures available upon request.

Thanks for the comments guys...I am actually debating or not if I am going to do a bodybuilding show or not...I realizze if I do this I have a few things I need to improve on. BUt again thanks

Everything is looking good however.... did you just eat big or.... lets put this as delicate as possible without sounding insulting... might want to manage that gut. Not bad but have to watch the bulking diets can go too far before we realize it.

Actually bro thats how my adominals stick out...I dont really have that much fat there it's pretty solid..Thanks though really.

Between every set I take a 6-15 second rest depending on how I feel.
Mondays- Chest and bi's and calves
Tuesdays- Legs and neck (yes I have a neck day lol)
Wednesday - Snatch+clean and jerk+ snatch pulls and clean pulls
Thursday- Back and calves
Friday - Triceps and Shoulders
Saturday - Legs and light Chest (sometimes I will add some snatches and clean and jerks)
Sunday - Off day

Olympic lifts that I do are the 2 that are in the sport.. The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk

Look thick and big....... good job. You can tell who has or is a "power" lifter because they always seem to get very thick and dence even at a young age.

Thanks for that bro...actually I used to be a power lifter but I got caught up in Olympic style weightlifting but I guess once you have that power lifting build it kinda stick with you huh? :) Thanks everybody for the comments so far!

Yeah Bro, what are your status?? 5'6 200 lbs. is a pretty good size guy for that height.

I think I am somewhere between 5-6% maybe 7% lol!

Haha its all good bro eveybody gets them mixed up..As you probably know Power lifting is the squat, bench press, and deadlift where as Olympic style weightlifting has the Snatch and the clean and jerk :)
