I`m from Romania and have seen all the Naposim possible. I think the first picture from this post is fake becase look at the name of the active substante: metandienonum. Never seen Terapia write something like this on the blister, metadienonã is the only thing that is printed. - so in my opinion the first picture is fake.

my blister packs look exactly the same but the triangle imprint on the tabs are a little rounder and not cut as sharp. Has anyone seen these?

They are exactly like the ones that are shown as fakes here. The blister packs all look good but they have the more rounded triangles on each tab, exactly like the tabs listed here as fakes. I got them off of a very very reliable and well respected source. Is this 100% definate that the more rounded triangles on the tabs are fake?

I hear - "Metadienonã" is the brand name for Naposim selling in Romania, "Metadienonum" is the brand name of Naposim which is exporting to Moldavia. I had both presentations of them, and both naposims worked perfect.
