Thanks for the feedback so far :-)
Answers to some of your questions....
Stats: 37 in June, been training about 18 years, train 4 days per week each bodypart once per week. First 3 years of training with powerlifters 10-15 years older than me, learnt alot and built a good bass from basic heavy lifting. Never competed powerlifting or bodybuilding.
Height: 5'8" Bodyfat: 25%
Weight: 134 kgs / 295 lbs ( heaviest about 3 months ago 139 kgs / 306 lbs)
Measurments: Chest 54", Arms 21", Thigh 30", Waist 38"
My goals are to cut up gradually, have shred 5 kgs in 3 months, would like to get down to 110-115 kgs, hopefully BF will be about 15% or less at that weight. No strength loss yet with weight loss, getting stronger actually.
I have been over 100kgs for at least 10 years, I am comfortable with being big, no burden at all, no health issues except asthma.
Also dropping weight so I can see some of my hard earnt muscle that I have built over all these years, never been cut, will be interesting to see what I look like if I can drop 10-15% BF.
Lifts/Strength: Have not squatted or deadlifted since my mid 20's, can bench 180kgs for 2 reps, leg press 650kgs for 8 reps, hack squat 260kgs for 6 reps, I am fairly strong on most exercises for most body parts, basic and heavy training.
Goal/s: Just to be big and strong, push myself to improve all the time. I will see what I look like when I shred some weight and if I look good I will consider going in a BB comp.
Thanks again BigFella

why don't you squat or deadlift? Injury?

Had two operations on left knee, not weights injury. Can squat but don't need to, legs for me grow pretty naturally, leg press, hacks, extensions etc is all I need for legs.
Deadlift occasionally, stiff legged for hamstrings, I put more effort into bentover bar rows, t-bar rows, seated rows for back is all.
