Ok it has been a while since my last post.

But i am getting married in 3 weeks,
I have been doing hardcore cardio for 2 months along with xenadrine or hydroxy cuts. I have lost close to 40 Lbs. And I am really pyched!
I have some loose skin, What can I do to tighten it up?
Gotta look good for the wedding pictures.

congrats on the wedding......wish you could do the pix after the honeymoon, I'm sure you'll get a lot of cardio bed-work then :D

I have same problem Prep-H and tanning helps out but only last a few days. Also put prep-h on, wrap your abs in plastic wrap when you go to bed.
