Hi guys. I'm floating between 225 and 230lbs in these pics. I am going to start my first cycle soon and I'm excited about it to see how well I do.

No leg pics yet. Yeah, my chest has always been a tough go for me. Could be just genetic limitations I don't know.....I've been training quite low volume with it. Perhaps a higher volume routine is in order.

Yeah...I have a good back pic somewhere. It's grown in proportion too. My chest is really what needs to be brought up. It's always bugged the hell outta me on how to do this too..lol. My calves need work too. I've been lazy with them in the past.
I've just got into taking pics and really getting serious. I've really gotten on the ball with my diet and training especially now that I'm going to start a cycle. I've been training H.I.T. forever and a day now. Modified versions of it....now I'm using a more genuine H.I.T. routine but I may be switching to max OT style of training....possibly even back to a traditional higher volume routine for my chest.
I can't wait to see myself after the cycle tho.....Regardless of my chest being a little underdeveloped in comparason to the rest of me I think I've done very well for a natural so far.

There are alot of physiques that are natural, that look terrific, believe it or not.

Ok thanks for that i was going to say any way sorry if i come accross sh*tty but IMHO i just dont belive it. There was a thread a few weeks ago some one posted there pics every one BUMPED him for being thick etc 40 posts later hes slating everyone saying its not him and were all nubs for just jumping on the bandwagon.
As for me getting banned for saying i disagree with 1 post (i wasnt rude with my language and tried to be diplomatic in stateing my point)......I dont belive what people tell me from there face value as i have the ability to think for myself.(even tho its a bit hard a 3am)

Aww feel the love in my thread. Now people, let's help Awnold bring his chest up to par and get freaky. I've got the next two months of training planned out with Max OT routines. Working in four week blocks. From evaluating the pics I can really see my lower chest needs to be brought up......especially the outer areas. Thanks to the guy who pointed it out too....I forget who it was and I'm too lazy to look...lol. I really want to nail this as I don't want this cycle to be a complete waste.
I've been training H.I.T. and my strength is increasing however I'm really wanting to get into bodybuilding competitions so any ideas and opinions are welcome.....

dbol and deca
I'm starting off with 10mg. a day with the dbol and pyramiding up to 30 or 40. I'm taking it slow as I want to see how my body reacts. I'm working witha good friend of mine who is helping me run this cycle.
Thanks for the props. I think if I put my heart and soul into it I can do really well with bodybuilding.

bro def. get some test c. in there. d-bol will get u mad strong but alot of the gains are water retention and u lose it after the cycle. deca is good but u gotta stack some test. or u wont be gettin laid anytime soon. deca dick. plus gains will be so much better. u got pct. ready.

no prob bro...ur probably gonna hear this a lot on this board but its 100% true...u need test for reasons regarding the sides from deca (deca dick), but ull also benefit greatly in terms of gains with some test IMO

I was looking at a posted "novice cycle" on the main page with included dbol, deca, and test e. I think I'm still a little confused with the diferent test's. Now maybe I'm just talking out of my ass...lol, but my thinking along the lines of using dbol was keeping it mild. I'm not looking for magic gains overnight. I am only going to use as little as neccessary and with my diet and proper training plus low dosages my thinking is yes, some gains will be lost but the overall net gains will still be there. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm working witha good friend of mine who has used thsi same cycle and was able to keep quite a bit of his gains....he unfortunately just fell out of bodybuilding so to speak.

I think a good low/moderate dose cycle would be 25mg dbol weeks 1-4 along with a single ester test such as cypionate @ 500 mg per week(1-13). THat would be excellent for a first cycle. You could also add deca @ 400mg per week (1-12) if you wanted to. Good luck.

imo. if cash is tight u should wait and save up, if its ur first cycle ur gonna wanna do it right and get the most gains out of it. what axe laid out for a cycle is exactly what u should do. but keep us posted and def. give some pics of when ur on.

I'm going to look into that....this cycle was really just aimed at seeing how my body reacts to a low dosage and shorter cycle. We were planning on running 8 weeks to start. Thanks for the advice though....definately things to consider. I'm still thinking that if I keep my doses low enough, Ill be able to come off much easier and keep a higher percentage of my gains. Again, I apologize if I am speaking out of my ass...

well...it's actually not THAT tight....I suppose, being that it's my first time, I'm still somewhat nervous about it. Excited but nervous. I'm going to talk to my buddy about it some more too.

I believe that you are natural. Why your look seems unachievable naturally to some, I've no idea. Perhaps some of their own limitations surface or something like that and the stones are then hurled.

I don't know what that trash was earlier about you not being natural...you look good bro. Some people prob wouldn't believe I was natural either by my pics pre-cycle, I've been accused many times before I even thought about gear. Take it as a compliment.

I'll be switching every 4 weeks or so. I may go to a bit higher rep range. It's been a while since I've used higher reps so that might be a good thing.

Correct. You must fatigue those pecs and shock them. Drop sets, Giant sets, pre-exhaust to really shock the pecs into growth.

Thanks a lot guys for all your props and advice. I'm most likely going to just run the dbol and deca and I'm sure a few of you will be shaking your heads at that but I do appreciate the advice.
As for my chest routine, the first phase will be flat, incline, and decline presses. I may do flat, decline, superset with flys, and then incline.....in that order. I've never used any real advanced training techniques for my chest before. Guess it's time to really let go of the ego. Lately, using H.I.T. I'm only doing 2 sets for chest....pec deck flys superset with incline press and I dropped my incline presses back to 225lbs. I was pushing up to 300lbs for reps before that but that pre-exhaust was killer. BUT each workout was getting stronger. My first workout I could hit 6 reps on the incline with that weight...second workout.....8 reps.....third workout, 8 reps with 250lbs....
Actually everything was going up however I am moving back towards a more traditional style of routine. Anyways.....thank you again guys. I'm sure I'll have some questions here and there to pick your brains with. Nice to come to a board where everyone is supportive and is able to offer constructive critisism. In comparison to your "average" person, my chest is huge but in comparison to the rest of me it's lagging. and I'm gonna be busting my ass off to bring it up. I'm gonna start a photo training journal too, I think and post a link to it aas well.

Solid for sure bro. More pics would be necessary for a better analysis... but from what i can see you look good..especially tru the shoulder girdle (i.e. solid traps and squared delt heads)
Keep at it...and inform us of the cycle's progress

I have basically the same build as you natural as well, I have wider shoulders which makes my chest look smaller, so right now I'm focusing on chest to even out, and my legs are a decent size making my calves look smaller so im trying to catch those up with my legs just like you. You remind me of me but not quite, your a big boy Just try to even everything out and youll be prestine.

Yeah BDTR your training partner is border line.. Your prolly sweating out Test and some is getting on him.. So he is prolly getting about 700mg a week.. Just from being close to you...... :lol: :elephant: :wg: :lol:
