I tried it and it did give me more solid pumps at the gym.
I would not recommend it though, if your going to try prohormones or the likes, give 1-AD a try, it gave me better results but even if the company says it won't give "steroid like" side effects, it did to me.

I think your money would be better spent on creatine. JMO
