hi i just read one of the threads were it said taking lean extreme, sesathin, and glucophase is a good stack of supps to lose fat... i weigh 190 and iam 6'0.. however here is the prob. since i have turned 21 i have been very sensitive to stimulants which sucks... but anyways would this stack help get rid of some chest and stomach fat and are there any sides and also is it worth the $$$. I try to run about 35 mins. HITT cardio every night... time is hard to come by with school work and intern so nighttime runnin is the best i can do right now till summer :lift:
