dosing ARR clen and T3

I just received my liquid clen and T3... my question is... I understand, one full squirt is equal to 1 mL = .2mg... when increasing the dose for both clen and T3 should you take several pumps together or spread it out over the course of the day?

Also can you take clen and T3 at the same time of day?

Just to clarify, 1 pump = 20 micrograms = 0.02 mg (just like to talk in terms of a smaller dose). Yes, be sure to shake the clen a little and take in the AM. The T3 doesnt matter as much the timing, so it would be perfectly fine to take it concurrent with the clen. What kind of doses are you planning on taking? Best of luck :)
