I finally received Tamox for my poor rat, I'm planing to give 10mg daily so, should I split it on 2 (5mg 2x day) or just once, and at what time is best. Thanks everyone!! :lift:

give it to him all at once. the time doesn't matter just try to stay consistant. i take mine b4 bed bc it's easier for me...

10mg will be enough or I should give him 20mg? cycle: 200mg deca, 400mg test cyp, 2iu hgh twice a day. what do u think, 10mg or 20mg?

you should be using letro or L-dex not tamox while on. save the tamox for your pct
