Is it ok to work abs and calves on an off day. My workouts get so intense that i seem to be exhausted when i get to calves and i halfa$$ them. So could i get a good workout doing them and abs alone? They are one of my weak spots!!

why not train your calves before you do anything else?

i saw your posted workout. you're currently doing a 3 day cycle I see.
spread it out to 4 days and add another weak spot into that 4th day routine.
like on my 4th I do delts, calves, abs.
I always do 2 on one off too
Im not saying you SHOULD do delts, its just my preference. but yea def add a 4th day if possible

That is a good idea. i think i may incorporate a hamstring/calves abs day.

you should def do hamstring on your legs day only...
but I strongly suggest not doing your calves and abs on you legs day

i love abs on leg day.. great warm up gets hip flexors, iliopsas, add/abductors redy to go and warms up the core... then some leg ext/leg curls pre-exhaust then squats lunghes then some hanging abs to finish it BAM done
