I'm a female 5'2, 155 lbs., and I need help with liquid clen/t3 dosage. I do an hour of cardio 3-4 days out of the week and I'm starting a moderate diet. I understand that I need to consume 1 to 2 gallons of water a day. Can some1 provide me with more info please!
