is this stuff really worth getting??? i have never used r-ala and like the reviews this stuff is getting. I am currently lean bulking and want to stay lean throughout the summer while packing on the mass. I am eating 3800 CLEAN calories a day. Would this help me? Thought about maybe this combined with sesathin.

I love it!. I have used Glucorell, or however you spell it, and not liked it as much as Glucophase. I am cutting right now so I only see if PWO and PPWO but I can't wait until I can use it while bulking. I bet my pumps will be through the roof and my fat gain will be small compared to last year. All I can say is give it a shot.
