I am looking to take both clen and t3...i am 6'5", 330lbs, whats the dosage i should take of both, and for how long????does anyone know how much weight i could lose with exercise and dieting on one cycle???any tips would be greatly appreciated..thank you

4 weeks is as long as your rat should be on....then switch to Eca and then another 4 weeks
