nolva/tamox dosing

I will be starting a cycle(12 weeks) of 500mg/week test enanth with adding weeks 1-4 anadrol 50 mg/day. would you guys recommend 20 mg/day tamox? It seems there are conflicting ideas on ed vs eod and 10 vs 20 mg/day. I appreciate your input, thanks.

depends how much test you are using, under 1 g of test 10 mgs ed over 1 g 20 mgs ed, 20 in pct
