Just got my Nolva, Clomid, and Liquidex from AR-R....how am i supposed to use nolva?

I remember reading the thread where you are supposed to put the nolva in the microwave for a certain amount of time and shake it gently...what exactly am i supposed to do with the liquidex and nolva before i use them?

I don't see why you would need to put it in the micro, unless you keep it cold and have teeth sensitivity..

your mistake ...it was the liquidex and the formula has been adjusted ....just shake well
