Hi,
I've been reading threads on this board and others for about 3 months now, getting good info.
I was thinking that maybe thier wasn't anyone in my age group on the board, then I seen this new forum and joined.
I've been working out for 5yrs now, and thinking of doing a cycle down the road, need to bring b/f down some more and need more knowledge of AAS before cycling, especially post cycle bring natural test back up.
I'm 46 6' 320 28% b/f

Welcome to the board. You will find that AR has the most knowledgable guys around.
You wont get flamed unless you break the rules or REALLY deserve it. So ask away.. The only stupid questions are the ones that remain unasked.

Hey man, glad to have you here! I like you already: "need to bring b/f down some more and need more knowledge of AAS before cycling". Welcome aboard!
welcome bro!
about the clomid the answer should be NO but play safe and have more on hand just in case you feel you need it - of course im sure we could open a long debate about how you would DETERMINE if you needed more :D
Welcome!
6' 320 lbs and 28% bf? Sounds like you just need to get the BF down and you will be a beast!
Glad to see more 'old folks' joining the geriatric forum!

No I wasn't an athlete, I was a knucklehead in school.
Did start working out when I was 15 on and off til I was 21. Then went through alot of changes in my life (some stupid one's at that), but do reget not taking the offer to play football in high school, I at least should of tried, who knows might have made the team.

Hi guys...I'm also brand new. Age 46, and have been lifting for 20 years now. Only have limited experience with AS. This is an overwhelming site, with an incredible amount of useful info. Plus what a great benefit to find a board where I can ask questiong of guys my age. Thanks for allowing me to join in!!
