60mg nolva

i starting 60mg tmox for a bit of gyno problem i have.. do i take it all at once, three tabs 20mg or do i take it though out the day

nolvo has a long half life(approx 5-7 days) so once per day is ok imho.

60mg/day till it subsides then reduce to 20mg/day.
take it prior to going to bed as as i have read it can make some people sleepy.

what cycle are you on

compounds,dosages and duration?

this is with regards to possibly needing to add an AI like arimidex to reduce aromatisation if heavily aromatising drugs or high doses are being used.

i have been taking deca and sus for about 9 weeks

sus 250 x2 amp a week mon thurs
deca x1 amp a week mon

i have done this few times over recent years and never had gyno syptoms before.. i have about 7 weeks before i start my actual pct nolva clomid and maybe hcg in between end of cycle and pct...
