When trying to lose bodyfat what is the best supps to take before working out?
Before doing an anaerobic workout you won't be able to take anything that burns fat. Your using glycogen stores and phosphocreatine reserves for energy not fat.
If your asking about before doing cardio, then you could use ephedrine, caffeine, yohimbine, green tea or acetyl-l-carnitine. Any of those would be good, or make up a safe stack with some of those supplements.

they also have a whole slew of weightloss supplements out there that i use before cadio like hydroxycut. its suppose to be for overall weight loss, but two right before a workout, its great. they are ususally a mixture of what NSA said

I have always wondered how are olympic sprinters and football players that do mainly anaerobic exercises so big with little bf%
Squat, They train all the time, have clean diets and sleep long at nights.
Reg, like i said before your using glycogen and PCr for energy when doing anaerobic (lifting weights) exercise, your not using fat for energy.
