here is a meal that i eat almost every day at work. its super easy and all you need is a bowl, a spoon, a fork, and a microwave to make it.

take 6 eggs and crack em into the bowl.
take your spoon and remove 4 yolks.
take either some louisiana hot suace (my preference) or tabasco or whatever hot sauce you like and add about 10 squirts or more or less depending on your taste

*** the hot sauce is the key to make em tasty***

whisk em up with your fork

chuck em in the microwave on high for 1 min, stir, then 30 sec stir, 30 sec stir, 30 sec stir etc. until cooked.

bon appetite!

i'm eating this as we speak and its awesome

if you have time to prepare this the night before you can chuck it in a tupperware container and throw it in the fridge till the next morning and then throw it in your bag and take it to work with you in the morning.

when i have time to prepare this the night before i usually like to add some extras like green onions and ham etc. then you really have a tasty morning snack.

this is another one that i get razzed about at work all the time by my co-workers. "scrambled eggs again?!?"

to which i reply to myself in my head "yup and i'm luvin em!"

It's ok to get some of your daily fat intake from egg yolks. Although it's been reported that they raise cholesterol there is no proof that the raise serum or BAD cholesterol. Besides they add flavor and more protein to the equation. So get cracking...BTW great idea sp33dg33k.

Very tasty, and I love hot sauce. Fresh basil, cilantro or other herbs make it even better.
