Quick question

I have only done 1 cycle and I am ready to start my second in a few more weeks. For research for my dog.
1st cycle was test e only for 12 weeks. I did have a little bit of itchy nipples (didn't develope any lumps or anything)and I bought 6oxo<2 in the morning and 2 at night> and took that through the rest of the cycle. It seemed to help, but I am planning on adding deca for the next cycle. What would be the best to take during the cycle to prevent this from happening again and at what dose?

Lifting for 6 years/ 32 years old/ 215lbs/ 5-11.

Forgot 6-OXO bro and just run Nolva at 10-20mg ED and some l-dex or letro.
