week 1-2 - SD-10mg s1+ 2X5 sprays 8-12 hrs apart

week 3 - SD 20mg s1+ the same as weeks 1-2


pct - nolva 10mgs daily
hawthorn berry
and milk thistle at the proper dosages

stats are 22yr old 180 lbs 5foot9 7%bf

is this SD dosage too low? and also is this s1+ a nice accessory to the SD?

looks fine. Id up the nolvadex dosage the first week to 40mgs per day. 20mgs a day week 2.
