yea man, if u wanna make it taste good, ive used creatine monohydrate(10 grams) dextrose, (i throw in 2 scoops of tasteless protein because cell tech is a PWO) and a scoop or 2 of gatorade mix, it taste amazing, has all ur PWO needs, and is 10000 times cheaper, good luck
should be about 50 grams of protein, 85 grams of carbs/sugar, 10 grams of creatine

I don't really care about the bloat off of cell tech, I don't intend to use it. I have a buddy that lives by the stuff, and can hardly pay his monthly bills. I told him that I have seen it, and encouraged him to try making it himself. Thanks for the help guys

Yep, that's what I thought. If he is going to use it anyway, I thought I would at least make it easier for him to afford
