I have read about the benefits of Glycerol (preworkout-keeps u hydrated) but I am a lil confused about the dosage and the way of intake.Can anyone help me here?

why not?
it has benefits.
one of which is that it allows you to go a long time without taking a piss, even with high water intake, which can be quite advantageous at times.

maybe if your dieting or something, but even that is a strecth. BBers dont need glycerol during workouts.

Use it during dnp runs along with pyruvate to increase muscle hydration and cellular ATP. This is one reason it is still around. Still drink lots of water.

Some guys love glycerol, others think it's crap. I use 5 tbsp. in my pre-workout creatine mix and it most definitely contributes to the great pumps I get. Try it and see for yourself, it's the only way.
