buy a scale... it will be worth it in the long run. Mine was only $25 and can measure in .1 gram increments (good enough for supplements)

Hey do u think just taken a table spoon of the stuff in the mourning and another one nite would be okay, because i really dont wannafool around with capping them and doing the scale thing and all of that stuff. Im sure it will probly taste terrible but i can deal with it so. So do u think this would be affective?????

if i remember correctly 1tbs is 4-5g's (or that might be for CEE)

"taste terrible" does not even come close to describing how bad it is.

my bad that was for measuring CEE
a teaspoon is 5g +/- 1g
a table spoon is 10g +/- g

according to my scale

i would have to re-weigh what a scoop of trib weighs
