Good. The next year or so you're going to put on some nice weight all natural. Enjoy it.

Looks like you made some good gains, and have a solid foundation to work with, keep it up naturally for awhile longer if you hit a sticking point in your training where you don't see any gains know matter how hard you train and how much you eat, I would do alot of research still to see if the darkside could help.

DOUGTM1SS the darkside is def been playing on the mind but in australia you tend to never get what you pay for so i will leave that option till I as you said research all the angles.

 I don't know about shaving just yet, like i used to but got ingrown hairs like a bitch all over my quads and calves, so none of that for me, unless i become a monster and start competing.
My diet consists of about 150-200g protien 4000-5000cal 500g carbs a day (all that will increase as i get heavier) and then week ends off where i can eat lollies and junk.

Looking really good, seems you've lost some bodyfat and gained a bit of muscle. Plus clean shaven chest shows it off more now ;) Really good job.

Thanks bro, I'm at the gym 5 days a week and realy trying to work hard.
Are (natural) gains usually more noticable after 2 months ?
