What is a good circuit training routing, for 3 days a week, how do I split all body parts up, what would go better with what. Keeping in mind that I want a high rep count workout, just looking for a fast pase workout to get my sweat up. Lighter weight but high reps.

Thanks in advance

Bro, aerobic is a cardiovascular workout you are using oxygen throughout, working the heart and lungs, just walking to the shops is aerobic,
aerobic/cardio same thing..
