I'm currently 5'11 225lbs. The most fat I have is my pecs and my stomach. I'd like to get rid of this in a hurry. Is there a better way to get rid of my pecs as I call them boobs. LOL I've never always had these, just when I started my "i'm going to eat what I want" diet 5 years ago.

I'm starting to swim more now. I find it a better cardio work out than doing the treadmill. My main goal right now is to shape up my chest and get rid of my stomach then bulk.

I just read something about swimming. I'm not sure if I'm reading this right. They were stating that if you swim and glide through the water smooth and have swam for a while you kick it into the fat burning mode. If you swim and are herky jerky with it and have trouble doing the length of the pool and such you don't kick it into the fat burning mode as well as another exersize.
I've always been told that as long as you keep your heart rate up you'll lose the fat.

I think you have to keep your heart rate in a target area. I forget what it is, it was like 222-your age x .65 and 222-your age x .7 and thats yer range for fat burning. And also fat burning only happens after about a half hour of yer cardio. So if you work out for 35min thats only 5min of fat burning. I think i read that somewhere on this forum, but i may be misinformed. Youd have to ask a more experienced member.

just clean up your diet and and get on the cardio...I don't think it's really possible to get rid of fat in one area unless you were talkin about lipo.

Injecting pgf2a, liposuction or increasing the size of the muscle that is covered in fat so that the fat itself is not noticeable. I would suggest to get your chest as big as you can. It makes the boobs look a lot less like boobs (I have had this problem also...)

Unfortunately is hard to spot reduce body fat, it’s like saying I want to loose fat only from my waist.

you could inject pgf2a or you could try injecting igf1 (straight igf1, not igf1-lr3) into the muscle
