need help with pct

can someone make me a good pct with times and dosages i did a 3 week tbol cycle and im getting off of it because of bad side effects.

i got 20 pills of clomid 50 mg each

and 20 pills of Nolva, 20 Mg each..

just curious what kinds of side effects? I would think maybe 2 weeks 50mg clomid should be enough, but definitely get some other opinions

upset stomach, digestive problems i guess, feel natious, high bp at times, main thing is upset stomach i cant eat because my appetite is not there at all i dont feel like eatingi anything i mightg loose all my gains so im gonna go on pct. i didnt expect this but tbol isnt as good as i thought it would be
