joint problems....not the rolling kind

anyone ever have joint problems. my right elbow is giving me fits. Real difficult to curl etc. Started taking glucosamine, ibuprofen but am not sure how to get these to heal. any help or suggestions?

Bro,My Doc has given me cortisone shots in the past that and plenty of Deca in my cycles seems to work for me.
