Here are a few from a buddy of mine. Been working out seriously for about 18 months. He wants to start a winny only cycle next month. I told him winny alone is not a good idea but maybe you can set him str8. Here there are and please no holding back on the criticism.

Good base..winny only would be the worst possible cycle for him. He needs mass, not cut. Winny won't do that for him. Put him on a 10 week test cycle with winny towards the end, if at all...thats just my opinion.

I think this dude is in great shape... Needs a lot more protein (as do I), and some type of mini bulk cycle. Should blow the f*ck up... Good job, bro.

looks like he has good genes for the bi's and delts but like others have said, he could use more mass...just quickly glancing over him, i would question whether or not hits the back hard because it looks to be seriously lagging in relations to the other body parts. winny would make him look the same, he needs some test and food....good none the less, but it's time for more mass....

great base to start with, is it his first cycle, if it is he should consider a test only cycle at about 500mg a week, split into 2 injections, to see how his body reacts to it. also how is his diet? diet counts towards most of your gains without a good diet hes wasting his money anyways in my opinion.

I would say chest first off followed by lats. Overwise good job thus far!

Is winny all he can get or does he have his heart set on it for different reasons?

He has this huge fear that if he takes test he will blow up. After seeing some of your responses he has decided that test may not be so bad after all. He's gonna run 500mg for 10 weeks and go from there.

Not if you don't want to look blown up. There are other kinds of muscular physiques besides the unnatural looking kind ;) To each his own.

He looks great for the most part... chest is a little undersized compared to the huge shoulders. Legs from the knees down looks like toothpicks - hit those calf raises hard. And DEFINITELY forget the winny and bulk up. FOODFOODFOOD!

Lookin pretty good. Definately doesn't need to lean. Could use a lot more size in the calves. Quads look pretty good though. Nice tear drop.
