Hey everyone just wondering wat vitamins you all take?

multi-vit/multi-mineral, b6, liver tablets, milk thistle, vit c packets in my water.

I use a multi-mineral-vitamin year round. I take vitamin B6 with magnesium and zinc when I looking to raise my test levels. I'm also a fan of using vitamin C as a natural test booster. Most people don't realize it will raise your test levels.
