i know the stuff is pretty good as ive taken it before....

but i dont if its THAT good

i'd estimate 5lbs of tissue being gained in a month, with proper diet etc... maybe only leaving about 2.5 in the end but not 20. thats insane

It is possible but highly highly improbable maybe 20 pounds total being more likely and out of the 20 10-15 being LBM

well say want you want. And i agree with you about m1t sucks. But NSA put on like 22lbs in a month off m1t and prop. I dont think theres anyway to do it though without prop and also the fact NSA has a great diet and shit.

next time i cycle m1t it will be stacked like this:

weeks 1-4 m1t, 3 tabs/day (thats 15mg i think?)
weeks 2-5 80-120mcg igf1-lr3/day
weeks 2-5 20iu insulin (10iu morning and 10iu PWO)

roughly 400g-450g protein per day

think i could gain and keep 10lbs lean tissue from this?

If you got the coin buying igf why use M1t? it makes no sense. Its only good as a fill in till the good shit arrives. try useing prop instead.
