Help With Vitamen B6

i just started a fina/test cycle, and i was wondering what is the proper amount of vitamen b6 i should be taking daily, i currently take a multivitamin which contains only 3mg, i bought a bottle of 100mg b6pills, would just one b6 pill a day be sufficent, thanks for the help.

250mg each day is suggested dose. Some studies make reference to excess vit 6 being partially detremetal to health.(I don't have any of these sorry)
