? about how do these people get so tan in shows!??!

I have always wondered this..DO they just go tanning like eveyrday, or do they rub some wort of bronzer on them..I mean I have never known anyone who has competed so this question may seem stupid for the guys that compete or know people that do..but i was just curious? :lift:

It helps to have a good base tan but a normal routine would be something like this...Put on one coat of pro-tan (this is an orangey-type of stain/dye) on Thursday night....3 coats on Friday...Then the morning of the show put on 2 coats of something like Dream Tan or Jan Tana which is more like a paint and rubs off on everything you touch...then one before the night show

and get all over the sheets, furniture, anything you touch turns a shade of orange. It not just a sport its an adventure

for me 5 coats of pro-tan on friday, then shower. then coat of dream tan before i leave another one when i am getting ready to go on. I always have good color and am very white skinned. Can't be too dark.

Yes, dream tan is espeically messy stuff.
