It depends. I've used it to regulate blood sugar levels and haven't really noticed much of a difference. The benefits might be subtle like with chromium picolinate. From what I read it is most useful to stack with a oral steroid or a supplement such as Superdrol. It helps to protect your liver from toxicity.
