Does The Use Of Ephedrine Products Interfere With Glutamine Or Creatine absorption or effectiveness?

I've heard that caffeine decreases the effectiveness of creatine but I did not know that ephedrine, also decreases its effectiveness. Thanks!

from what i have read from muscular development on a study which used both supplements, it did not interfere with one another. i use caffeine 200mg, ephedrine 25mg and CEE and would not train any other way. just try it and see for yourself.
