Hey all.
I havnt been on fer a while, been workin full time now, and I am doin good fer my training.
I started at around 320 pounds and have cut down to 290 so far, just training hard and lotsa cardio, I will try and pose some pics soon I hope.
I just wanted to say hey to all of you.
