Took this one earlier tonight. Still need some work. Especially on the abs. Lost 4 inches on the waist so far.

Thanks bro's. Been hitting the weights and the stair master pretty hard. Thought about competing as a novice in Oct., but I don't think I will be ready in time. Might have to wait till next spring.

Look great, i am the same height and shape as you right now. what does your cardio routine look like? i am trying to do the same as you look wise. im really trying to lean out while keep my gains... again your progress is real good!!

I do 30 min. on the stairmaster 5 days a week every day I workout except on leg day. I make sure I eat at least 300g of protein a day while I'm doing this. Lost a lot of fat....but havn't lost but 4 lbs. Give it a try....hope it works out for ya!

Thanks!! i usally do 30 min of the oliptical(sp) only 3x's a week. have lost fat as well but very slowly. i am afraid of loosing muscle. i am pretty much were i want to be but want to get my bf% lower to 10% or lower. at 12% currently. my diet is on point.. i think i will bump my cardio up per week and see what happens thanks again bro!!!!
