Dead lifts, Rows, Pull ups.... but eat eat eat !!!!! put on some size then cut up. so try 10, 8, 6, 4... reps in your sets. doing lower reps more weight will help you put on size only if you eat more as well. also dont go crazy with doing heavy dead lifts just yet if your form goes as the weight goes up. find a good weight and pound those bi*ches out.. good luck.

Wide pulldowns, bent over rows and heavy, heavy deadlifts. Also when you pose squezze your shoulder blades together and raise your elbows a bit higher than your shoulders. Looking pretty good for 19.

jtruger, I would say do keep your sets in the 6-8 range...because your a slim guy (like I am), and too high of reps arent what I feel you need to do for maximum growth..
Eat..whats your diet like?
and try the low rep thing. Theres sometimes misconceptions about "If I do low reps, I'll look 'blocky" but in actuality, looking "Blocky" is due to either bodyfat, water weight, or genetics. You dont need to worry about any of that at this point!
